The Alumni Cruise isn't your typical reunion - it’s 10X better! We do all the planning, and you and your classmates have all the fun. There are no committees to form, no meetings to be held and no bank accounts to be opened. We - Up up up and Away, handle every single detail. All you and your classmates have to do is pack and enjoy!

We will work with the organizer to select an ideal cruise, cruise line, destinations and departure port.
We will process deposits and monthly payments - using a customized payment scale. An invoice will be sent to each cruiser - outlining payments made, total balances and pertinent dates.
We will organize and book everyone's flight.
We will arrange shuttle service, to get all of your fellow alumni to the cruise port, and back to the airport.
We will arrange a pre and post hotel stay for everyone.
We will organize and schedule a Meet-n-Greet the night before your cruise. This will allow everyone to get the fun and camaraderie started early. It will also allow everyone to get re-acquainted and acquainted.
We will work the organizer to develop a detailed itinerary. Outlining the dates of the cruise, ports of call, group excursions and other planned group activities.
We will send a monthly email, each month to every cruiser. These emails will contain important reminders and valuable information about the cruise and processes.
We will supply your group with a detailed To-Do List, with a timeline, to keep everyone informed and on-track to embarkation day.
We will organize and schedule Zoom calls, to keep everyone informed, during the entire process.
